FAQ
Short answers. The party lasts 14 days.
- How long does a party stay up?
- Paid parties last 14 days from checkout. Practice runs last 2 days. After that the links just stop working.
- What do I get when I pay?
- One party for $10. A wheel for the TV, a guest link, a private page for the friend who already knows, and two codes. Stripe emails you a receipt with those codes and links so you’re not stuck if you close the tab.
- Who gets which link?
- The TV and the guests use the same link. The friend who already knows gets a different page — that’s the one with their code. Don’t drop that in the group chat.
- Will guests see the answer before we spin?
- No. Only the friend who locks it sees boy or girl. The room finds out when the wheel lands.
- Do I have to do this at night?
- No. Brunch, afternoon, whenever. Put it on whatever screen you’ve got.
- Can I try it before I pay?
- Yes. There’s a practice spin on the site. It doesn’t use your real answer.
- I lost the codes.
- Check the Stripe receipt — friend code, host code, and the links are on there. After you pay you’ll also get an Open the receipt link on the setup screen. We don’t keep a spare copy of the numbers on our side.
- Where’s my receipt email?
- It goes to the address you typed at checkout, from Stripe. Check spam. The setup screen also has an Open the receipt link with the same codes.
- Can I get a refund?
- If checkout charged you and the party never opened, yes. Once someone locks boy or girl, or you spin, that $10 stays put. Read the terms before you pay — you have to agree to them at checkout.
Still stuck? The fine print.
