Terms of use
Version 2026-08-21. Last updated August 21, 2026. This is a contract. If you pay, you agree to all of it.
Who this is with
Baby Reveal Wheel is sold by cryobomb studios. You’re buying from us, not from Stripe. Stripe only takes the card. These terms are the whole deal between you and us for this product.
What you’re buying
One party for $19. That gets you a wheel, a guest link, a private page for the person who already knows, and two codes. Links stay up 14 days from payment, then they stop. After that the party is over. No extra days unless we say so in writing.
This is a party game. It is not medical advice, not a lab result, not a birth certificate, and not a promise about the baby. We don’t verify the answer. We only spin what the friend locked in.
Who can buy
You have to be 18 or older to pay. By checking the box at checkout you say you’re 18+, you have the right to use the card, and you’ve read these terms.
Codes, links, and secrecy
The friend code and host code show on the setup screen after you pay, and on the Stripe receipt we tell Stripe to email you. We keep only a scrambled copy. If you lose both the screen and the email, we can’t reconstruct the numbers. That’s on you.
You are responsible for who gets which link. If you send the friend page to the group chat, or leave the TV unlocked, that’s not a product defect. Don’t share codes with people who shouldn’t have them.
The person who locks boy or girl is solely responsible for that choice. If they lock the wrong one, the wheel will land on what they locked. We are not liable for a wrong lock, a leaked code, or a spoiler.
Refunds
If you paid and the party never opened — checkout charged you and you never got a working room — email cryobomb studios and we’ll refund or replace it. Once the friend has locked an answer, or the host has spun, or the room has seen a reveal, that party is not refundable. Changing your mind, a fight with the in-laws, a TV that won’t cast, or “we wanted a different color” does not get a refund.
Chargebacks for a used party are treated as a dispute of a completed digital good. We’ll share the checkout record, including that you agreed to these terms.
How it works, and what we don’t promise
We try to keep the site up. We don’t promise it will be up at any particular hour, on any particular TV, browser, Chromecast, or phone. Guest guesses are for fun and do not change the wheel. Spin timing and extras are entertainment, not a random drawing with a prize.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don’t warrant that the reveal will be “perfect,” uninterrupted, or free of bugs.
If something goes wrong
Our total liability to you for anything related to this product is capped at the amount you paid us for that party (currently $19). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost photos, ruined parties, emotional distress, or anyone finding out early. Some places don’t allow these limits. If you’re in one of those places, our liability is limited as far as that law lets us go.
You agree to cover us (and our owners and contractors) for claims that come from your misuse of the links, your sharing of codes, or a lock-in you or your friend made.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute that’s not resolved informally will be handled in state or federal court in Kanawha County, West Virginia, and you consent to that venue. If a court knocks out one clause, the rest still stands.
Other
We can refuse or shut down a party that looks abusive, fraudulent, or illegal. We can update these terms; the version you agreed to at checkout is the one that applies to that party. Practice spins on this site are free, have no prize, and can go away at any time.
